    Builder websites, NZ

A builder's website that brings in proper quote requests.

A builder's website has one job. Show enough of your work to build trust in 30 seconds, then make the quote request stupidly easy. Most builder sites in NZ are stuck on a 2015 template, with photos buried three clicks deep. I fix that.

    What you actually get.

    • Project gallery front and centre. Real photos of real builds.
    • One-tap quote form. Works from a phone, no scrolling.
    • Built to rank for 'builder [your region]' on Google.
    • Click-to-call button on every page.
    • Easy to add new projects yourself, no developer needed.

Homeowners researching a builder do the same thing every time. Look at three or four local builders' sites, scroll the photos, check if you've done anything similar to what they want, then send a quote request to the two they like most. If your site is slow, hard to navigate, or has no project photos, you don't make the shortlist.

I structure builder sites around the work, not around you. Project gallery first, with proper before-and-afters where they help. Service pages for the jobs you actually want (renovations, new builds, decks, alterations). Service area pages for the regions you cover, so Google shows you in the right local searches.

The quote form is critical. Most builder sites ask for 12 fields. I keep it to 3 or 4. Name, contact, what they need, optional photo upload. Quote requests double or triple compared to the typical agency form.

Most builder sites I do land between $2k and $4k. Fixed price. Live in 1 to 2 weeks. You see the working site on your phone before any invoice.
